Purchased a vehicle there, which required some repairs. My sales person, Mac, was terrific. Living a ferry ride away, he was available to answer all my questions and send videos before making the trip across to purchase. Even though I wasnt purchasing a brand new vehicle, Mac made the pick up day exciting, with his own excitement for the vehicle!! He seemed to love it as much as I did! He took me for a rockin’ test drive!! Coming from the Sunshine Coast, I didn’t have a lot of time when needing to catch a ferry home. He covered all the essentials during delivery and helped me for days after over the phone with other questions I had.
The service department has been wonderful to deal with, specifically Christina. She is so lovely, and accommodating. And just genuinely a kind and thoughtful person. 2 years earlier they helped me with my 2006 RR Sport when it needed to be towed in on my way out of town for vacation. It was an old Range Rover, but they never made me feel like that. They fixed it up for me while I was away and it was ready for pick up on my way home. They're consistently professional.
